Triad Real Estate Partners announced Monday that they have sold their 72-unit property in Whitewater known as “Fox Meadows Apartments.”

According to information released by Newswires, a press release distribution outlet, at the time of its sale, the property, identified within the release as “two blocks away” from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, was 95% occupied.

The release notes that the new buyer “intends on undertaking a major capital improvement project at the property.”

The release identifies the seller as a private investor. The buyer, the release noted, is a large multifamily investment fund based in Milwaukee.

The release states: “The buyer added to their existing portfolio of similar assets in the region as they continue to scale.” The sales price was undisclosed.
