Brass Rail Tavern goes on the market

The Brass Rail Saloon and Eatery in downtown Whitewater has been listed for sale, according to information made available online by Lake Geneva-based Legendary Real Estate Services.
As described by the real estate company, the listing includes the real estate and the business, at a price of $265,000.
The building is described as a historical example of “Boomtown” retail architecture, and was built in 1850.
The business and building were placed on the market on Saturday.
